The King County Library System Foundation’s (KCLSF) annual fundraiser is the library event of the year, bringing our community together to raise funds to advance literacy, learning, and libraries for everyone. In 2021, the Gala’s 28th year, we invite you to join us for our first Virtual Literary Lions Gala! Our goal is to raise $500,000 to fund the future of our libraries.

VIP Reception at 6 PM ($250)
Join us one hour before our main program for an opportunity to mix and mingle with our Literary Lions Authors! You will also receive a VIP Party Box filled with book lover treats.

Literary Lions Gala Main Program at 7 PM (no cost)
Our main program will be a livestreamed event with a keynote from Colson Whitehead, updates from the King County Library System, and the opportunity to make a donation. Colson will be introduced by Melinda Gates.
