Book Selections for the 2024-2025 Season of the Bellevue Library Book Group Now Available
Get ready for another season of the Bellevue Library Book Group, sponsored by Bellevue Friends of the Library! This year marks another year of great books by wonderful authors, and includes a mix of fiction and non-fiction. New members are always welcome at any point in the season.
All gatherings meet in-person in Room 1 at the Bellevue Library from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on the third Wednesday of each month, September through June. Registration recommended but not required. Check the events page on our website or the KCLS website for details and registration info.

- The Parrot and the Igloo: Climate and the Science of Denial by David Lipsky, October 16. (You’ll need to place a hold for this book at least a month ahead of time.)
- The Postcard by Anne Berest, November 20
- The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin, December 18. (There are multiple editions of this title.)
- Bossypants by Tina Fey, January 15
- Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead by Olga Tokarczuk, February 19
- The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny, and Murder by David Grann, March 19. (You’ll need to place a hold for this book at least a month ahead of time.)
